We are all deserving of coming home to ourselves with loving-kindness and forgiveness.

Psychedelics

In 2023, Oregon will begin legally delivering psilocybin services at state approved facilities.

Please visit the Oregon Psilocybin Services website to learn more.

Please note that I do not offer MDMA or psilocybin-assisted therapy sessions, as those substances are not currently available for use outside of the research setting.

As the research reveals itself from Johns Hopkins University, Multidisciplinary Association for Psychedelics Studies (MAPS), Beckley/ Imperial Psychedelic Research Programme and many more, we are seeing that there is profound potential in psychedelic- assisted therapy. The FDA has granted MDMA and psilocybin-assisted psychotherapy with a breakthrough therapy designation. Research into MDMA and psilocybin assisted therapy is showing that these substances, when given in a safe setting with trained facilitators, can soften a participants defenses and create space for new interpretations and beliefs about oneself, through a compassionate lens.

Psychedelic-assisted therapy is not for everyone. There are genuine risks, dangers and concerns to be aware of when considering working with these medicines.

Please seek consultation to learn more about this work.

The most difficult thing is the decision to act.
The rest is merely tenacity.
The fears are paper tigers.
You can do anything you decide to do.
You can act to change and control your life and the procedure.
The process is its own reward.

~Amelia Earhart
